The Research Leaders Network connects people who lead or support research projects across the trust. It provides a collaborative space for regular meet-ups, skill development, peer learning and showcasing impact.

The Research Leaders Network connects people who lead or support research projects across the trust. It provides a collaborative space for:


  • Regular meet-ups – dedicated sessions to explore challenges, share leadership experiences, and learn new strategies for leading research.

  • Skill development – workshops, masterclasses, and seminars designed to deepen your research leadership, grant writing, partnerships, ethical design, and methodology expertise.

  • Peer learning – opportunities to share lessons, successes, and failures with other research leaders, fostering mutual learning and support.

  • Showcasing impact – platforms to present your research, celebrate outcomes, and inspire others through case studies, talks, or publications.
