Share your expert experience

We believe the best care happens when we listen to the people who use our services, and work with them to act on what we hear. That’s why we are committed to involving patients, carers, families, and local communities in research and improvement activity across the Trust. When we work together to understand your experiences, thoughts and opinions as we improve and develop services, everyone benefits.

Listening - Working together - Driving change

Patients, carers, service users and beyond...

Everyone who currently accesses services provided by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust or the NHS in general can get involved in our research and improvement activity.

    • It makes the care we provide more person-centred

    • It helps us do research that is relevant

    • It leads to better health and care services for everyone

  • When you take part, you’re not just helping others - you’re helping yourself too:

    • Your voice makes a difference

    • You'll learn new skills

    • You should feel heard and valued

    • You'll meet new people

    • You'll get a better understanding of the NHS

    • You'll make a real impact

  • As much as you want to.

Your participation can be entirely flexible and tailored to meet your individual needs.

  • We value your contribution and will reimburse you for the time, skills, expertise and insights gained from your participation.

  • We’d love to hear from you! If you’d like to find out more about getting involved, please email us at:
