As the research and improvement hub of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, our aim is to support and equip our community and colleagues with the skills and confidence to identify areas of our health and care services that could be improved, and give them the tools to make positive change.

We help turn questions into studies, challenges into improvements, and lived experience into meaningful insight. Whether you’re a clinician, a student, a patient, or someone with an idea - we’re here to support and enable.
