Getting Started with Improvement

This interactive programme introduces participants to key quality improvement tools and methods, while supporting them to implement a small-scale change within their service. Across three virtual half-day sessions, participants learn alongside peers and gain ongoing support from the Academy's Improvement team.

  • Understand core principles of quality improvement

  • Apply improvement methodology to a real project

  • Interpret and present data effectively

  • Build confidence to continue improvement work after the course
