Getting Started with Co-production
Designed for those ready to have a go but aren't sure how to make a start. It is an opportunity to explore what co-production is and what it can look like in real settings - why it matters, how it works, and how you can begin applying it in your own context.
With a mix of guidance, tools, and signposting to help, you'll be supported to experiment with co-production principles alongside basic Quality Improvement (QI) methods. You will gain practical ideas, tools, and the confidence to start trying out co-production in your own work - working in partnership with patients, carers, and communities to drive meaningful service change. All you'll need is curiosity and a willingness to try.
