Course

What the course provides:

The course focuses on understanding the evidence base behind good workplace culture and supporting happier working teams. Including an overview of tools for measuring happiness, using improvement methods to make changes, and the importance of teamwork and engaging with colleagues.

Outcomes of the course:

  • Participants will leave with a clear understanding of improvement methods, how they relate to team wellbeing and how to use them to improve happiness at work

  • Confidence in using practical tools to assess and boost team wellbeing

  • Strategies to sustain positive changes in their work environments

  • Knowing what has worked in other teams
