Ongoing buddy support beyond the programme days
Outcomes of the course:
By the end of the course you will have worked on the delivery of a co-produced improvement project, and development of a team of service users and staff working together on improvement. Built confidence in using co-production approaches to apply in your service and the ability to use co-production and improvement methods together to design, implement and measure the impact of change.
