Title

Medication Management in Dementia: Collaborative Decision-Making

Summary

Individuals with dementia or mild cognitive impairment frequently manage multiple medications, some of which may not be suitable. This study aims to explore the optimal approach to safely reduce or discontinue inappropriate medications. By understanding the perspectives and experiences of both those living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment and their caregivers, the study seeks insights into how healthcare professionals can collaborate effectively with patients and their caregivers to make informed decisions regarding medication cessation.
