Hampshire and Isle of Wight Recovery Colleges Unite to Expand Support for Wellbeing
Talia Meyer-Wentzel
This new, expanded service will provide high-quality health education across the whole of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, supporting people to recover and live well with both physical and mental health conditions. Students will benefit from a broader range of courses, increased flexibility in learning options, and access to support closer to home.
Dan Arnold, Recovery and Living Well Service Manager for HIOWH Trust, said: "This is a really exciting time for us to come together as health educators. By using our collective experience and expertise, we can ensure we deliver high-quality health education to the population of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, reaching into the heart of communities to support their health needs."
A key focus of the refreshed service is ensuring people have the flexibility to choose how and where they undertake courses, with access not limited by location. This approach will make it easier for individuals to find the right support, regardless of where they live.
Further details on the transition and course offerings will be shared in the coming months. For more information, please contact us.
