Our Introduction to Quality Improvement training session is aimed at Solent NHS Trust staff, and focuses on providing participants with a general understanding of QI, the concepts that we use, and the methodologies we employ.

The session will be illustrated with a range of local projects and where possible, we will try to use examples that hold some relevance to the team or service line we're meeting with. We'll also provide a guide to the rest of the QI Programme, as well as a framework for identifying areas for improvement and can tailor the workshop to meet with the needs of the team or service.

    Support and encouragement to take the next step into Quality Improvement
    Opportunity to speak to the QI Team

  • 1hr virtual session, this can be tailored to meet the need of the team or service

  • What is Quality Improvement

  • How to identify an improvement initiative

  • Introduction to the model for improvement

  • Process for registering an improvement initiative

  • How to find us on SolNet
