Our Introduction to Improvement course aimed at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust staff, and focuses on providing participants with a general understanding of improvement, the concepts that we use, and the methodologies we employ.
About the Course
The session will be illustrated with a range of local projects and where possible, we will try to use examples that hold some relevance to the team or service line we're meeting with. We'll also provide a guide to the rest of the QI Programme, as well as a framework for identifying areas for improvement and can tailor the workshop to meet with the needs of the team or service.
